Prof. Ghaleb Alhadrami, discussed with visitors from Romer Lab. and Biomin the possibility of cooperation in establishing a mycotoxin testing Laboratory in the Faculty

Prof. Ghaleb Alhadrami, Faculty Dean, met on December 16, 2009 with Mr. Gustav Kichler, Genera Manager - Romer Labs - Austria, Mr. Salman Abbas - Biomin Area Manager - Lebanon and Mr. Amjad Qaisieh - Jordan Bio-Industries Center – Jordan to discuss possible cooperation between the Faculty and Romer Lab. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Adil El Awad, Animal Nutrition Lab specialist. The discussion focused on the possibility of establishing cooperation between Romer Lab and the Faculty of Food and Agriculture to start a mycotoxin testing in the Animal Nutrition Lab. The meeting was successful and both sides are agreed on the urgent needs to establish a mycotoxin testing to serve the community and support both teaching and research.
