Horticulture Lab Services: - Seed dormancy alleviation
- All spectrophotometeric analysis (chemical assays) it is the colorimetric estimation of plant chemicals. The estimation of Sugars, Starch, Phenols, Proteins, Aminoacids, Proline, Enzyme assay, Pigment analysis etc. is done using the equipment. It is based on the color development and reading the intensity of the developed color at a particular wave length against a blank solution referred to as OD value and further plotted on a known standard curve to arrive at quantitative estimation.
